  • 1.  Unable to establish communication with Realm Server

    We have 3 UM servers installed in Linux server. Enterprise manager was installed in my desktop windows 10. I can connect to UM server using putty but when I want to connect using enterprise manager, there’s error : “Unable to establish communications with the Realm servers : nsp://idumserver010:9000. Do you wish to retry?”

    Please advise about it, what should I configure?

    does the version of Enterprise Manager match the version of the UM servers running on the Linux server?

    Yes, the version is match Software AG 9.12

    Hi,

    not only the major/minor version have to match, additionally the fix level needs to be matching too.

    Hi,

    EnterpriseManager and RealmServer need to have the same fix level applied, otherwise the connection can fail.

    Latest Fix for both for 9.12 is Fix10.
