I want to publish data from Cumulocity -->webMethods Cloud–>Servicenow. I have used the predefined recepies

I am unable to connect service now . I have even created new user will all the required access for the new user in service now.

I am getting below error

Even trying with Zendesk it says cloud streaming error.

Can you try by creating the Associated Execute Access Control List also for that user.

I think the error was from ServiceNow itself, maybe due to missing configuration or misconfiguration of the user ACL on SN side.

Can you check if this helps?
