This usually happens if script being executed is not of the same version, some components of IS 6.1 have moved to 6.1.5, try executing audit script from 6.1.5 and see if it helps.
Bulls eye! You were exactly right. After running the 6.1.5 scripts it worked fine. Thanks again for that tip
ohh ya one more thing is it a webMethod bug ? cause in IS Administrator it says 6.1 version.
Could you put some light on that.
I believe its not a bug just how its packaged. Since core IS is still 6.1, but some components have moved to 6.1.5 level.
