    What I have seen in /var/adm/ras/cfglog log file, is these cca 50 lines:
    M0 4521994 cfgfscsidc.c 6971 SCIOLSTART lun 0 failed, errno = 19, adap_set_flags = 0x0

    Mapping the disk from EMC Symmetrix DMX-4 storage works fine on same FC card.
    I have native AIX PCM drivers installed.

    Does someone has a clue where could be the problem?
