User has an account and an admin role. Though user can not see the "Data Sources" menu item under the DV screen, among other menu items the user can not also see.
I tried to add the user, but got this error

Unable to add user. -- [POST /grant/][409] addUserToServiceInstanceConflict &{MessageCode: StatusCode:500 Exception:HWCUSR0030E: Cannot add user. User user1138 already exists. Message:user already exists}

Is this a known issue? Is this a resolution please.
