We are all ready to help you, but we would need a bit more information ;)

What type of filesystem is it?  Is it mounted and available?

Can you provide the output of the following to get some information on your setup and what you are attempting to do?

    # lsfs | grep -i YOURFSNAME

    # df -g | grep -i YOURFSNAME

    # lsvg -l YOURVGNAME

    # chfs ???? (what did you do here?)

The error, has me thinking your FS is not mounted or a typo?
