Hi,

I have created a new profile, now i want add this new profile in to a processing rule which is been used by other partners . when i going add profile in processing rule it shows as null.

Can please help me on this…

A “null” in the processing rule for the sender or receiver usually indicates that the rule was imported from another TN but the sender/receiver for that rule was not.

You can clear the list and then reset the sender/receiver using the console UI. You didn’t try this already?

I have created the processing rule in current TN only and few of profiles is added by some other users when i am going to add a profile from my end its giving a problem.

I see. Perhaps a call to wM tech support is the right next step.
