I asked for a trial copy of a SPSS Statistics Subscription on Sep 26, and this session is active until Oct 10. I just installed a 32-bit version of it a couple of hours ago (I was a little bit busy due to National Chuseok holidays actually), and this is the first time I'm trying to open it but I can't, with a message 'Trial has been expired'. Why am I seeing this one and how can I resolve it?

I checked the e-mail address you use here on Subscription trial database and found your trial would last until 10. October 2020.

However, you have installed the trial on a Windows 7 machine with this unique ID:
