  • 1.  Unable to access TSM server through ISC Console

    Hi Experts,

    I am unable to access server through ISC console although earlier I use to access it but now I have no clue what is going wrong.

    when I am entering the url on browser it says unable to connect.

    URL-http://10.50.59.73:9043/ibm/console

    I wanted to double check was it really installed now or not. I have no idea how to verify it attaching the version also which I am using.

    If that is not installed can you please help me the process to download and install this on windows 64 bit environment.

    Hi, for the version used the default port is 8421.

    If you changed the default port, you can see in the windows services, which is running IBM service which takes its name ISC.

    Finally you can restart the server and verify access.

    Thanks for the response, That is the mystery I am not able to see any service realtes with this name that's why probably it is not functioning.
