Hi Albert,
We had a similar problem after attempting to patch an appliance. Not sure if this is your issue, but in our case, we eventually discovered the .keystore file with the appliance's certificates was missing after the failed patch attempt. We were able to restore the keystore using CLI commands and then the GUI was accessible again. You can use the 'show certificate all' cli command to see if your keystore is missing. It will give an error if the file is missing, otherwise it will list your certficates. In our case, we were able to use the 'restore certificate keystore' cli commands to restore the keystore from a backup (there are options for restoring from backup or the default appliance keystore). The backup version we restored enabled the GUI to be accessible, but it had an older version of some of the local certificates so we had to reinstall them.
We were not able to determine why the issue occurred and this is the only one of our appliances we had any issue with.
Hope that helps!

Hi Experts,
I tried to update the patch p525 in the collector. But it's not successfully installed. Since then I can no longer access the Guardium GUI and file server. I tried restarting GUI and restarting stopped services. But it didn't help. I tried in different browsers and I checked network settings and it's all fine. please assist in this.
Support show patch installed.
