Integration server is stuck while starting up.

I am not sure if this will solve, but can you try deleting dispatch.cnf (back it up) and start the server? If server is not coming up due to corrupt broker configuration, this will help.

Problem has been resolved.
Broker recycle helps to resolve the above issue.
Step 1 :Recycle the broker
Step 2:Later IS started without any issues.
