Hi,

I’m very new to TN console.
When i try to log in into TN Console using Administrator’s username and Password, i’m getting the error:

Message:There was a database error fetching the model version information from your database.
(0) java.sql. SQLException[Oracle JDBC Driver]Unable to connect.Invalid URL.
Class: com.wm.app.tn.db.DataStoreException.

Can you help me out?
Are there any steps to be followed before starting TNConsole?
Can you tell me in detail?

Hi Ganesh,
Check your Database connection. I guess the TN Database is down or you are not able to make connection with it. You can change Databse user,password and IP address in config file.

Is there any Databse to be created particulary for TN?

Have you installed the TN fix 13 and Fix 15 on your Server(if you are using 6.1).If you havent you need to install it in updates folder on IS(Fix 15) and TNConsole(Fix 13).Also are ur JDBC Pools set up correctly and tested?

Hi Guys,
I am using the below format of URL and sequl link driver for TN connection,but when i try to reconnect .It throughs an error.

[wm-cjdbc33-0069][Oracle JDBC Driver]Unable to connect. Invalid URL.

“Have you verified your database URL in the JDBC pool connection alias configuration page?
It should look something like:
jdbc:wm:oracle://host_or_IPaddress:1521;SID=database_name”

Please help ,i am not able to open my TN console.
