When we used APP Connect Professional, we saved password in a field specifically used for password. Values were saved in a password field (masked *** unreadable)

Now we are using AppConnect Enterprise. There is no such field as password data type. We use vault to save creadentials whenever we can. However there are integrations where we need to pass API Key or userid / password combo in a way that do not follow authentication (we connect with "no auth" and send values as parameters) We would like to save those values as masked. How do we do that?

How do we create vault credentials and reuse them in a custom form. Just to extract credentials and use them to pass wherever we wish.

That is, a security profile can be tied to HTTP_REquest and used for authentication when we have basic auth. How do we do it if we are just passing them as parameters to a custome request?
