UDDI inquiry/publish url's

  • 1.  UDDI inquiry/publish url's

    Posted Mon November 28, 2011 09:49 AM

I have configured Centrasite to use only https, and changed the default servername.
However, when you look at the inquiry and publish services as presented by in Centrasite, the default servername, transport and ports from the original default install are all being propagated everywhere…
    for example… http://<our_original_install_servername>.state.de.us:80/UddiRegistry/inquiry

Where is Centrasite getting this information and how can it be overridden? We want to reference only https, port 443 and a different dns name.
I have overridden these details in a multitude of configuration files, but the original publish & inquiry urls are still visible. The application and webserver tiers are all exclusively ssl now, as intended, and the inquiry/publish urls do work on the intended ssl ports - in fact http/80 is not even functional under my current configuration. Is there something I missed?

Changing the CentraSite URL is about the same as moving it to another machine. The documentation on doing that: http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation/webmethods/wmsuites/wmsuite8-2_sp2/CentraSite/8-2-SP2_CentraSite/ag-smh/move_database.htm#move_database

The documentation describes how to change the IP Address and ports: http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation/webmethods/wmsuites/wmsuite8-2_sp2/CentraSite/8-2-SP2_CentraSite/ag-config/csconfig.htm#csconfig_repo

Also check the “Application Server” asset in CentraSite.
