Please provide the Typetree and the exact sequence of steps you're using.  Also let us know the exact WTX version both you and your colleague are using with the dtxver utility.

Yesterday I started from scratch again.  I do not know what changed,  however it is now working.  I do not know what changed to correct the problem.  Thanks for your assistance.
