i know that i can store more xml files associated to one tsd in one collection, now i’m wondering if i can store a tsd in a collection and the xml data in onother collection?

Then the attribute xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation c:\TaminoSchemas (for example) isn’t used by tamino because now the xml file are stored in Tamino…is it correct?
    Thanks in advance

The TSD is defined to the database so that document instances stored in that collection can be validated. So you cannot store a TSD in one collection and store the instances in another collection.

    and what about xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation ?
    Is It mandatory?
What i’m saying is that this path is not important for Tamino, isn’t?

I saw that my question was stupid. I inserted the xml files data without noNameSpaceSchemaLocation.
    Sorry
