I'm currently facing a CIWEB1060 error in IBM Content Navigator, which prevents the conversion of a video/mp4 document to text/html. The error message states: "The document cannot be converted from the source content type video/mp4 to the target content type text/html. The conversion utility cannot convert the document to the target content type."

I have been informed that this issue might be resolved by updating the web client configuration to use a different conversion utility. However, I would greatly appreciate any additional insights, advice, or alternative solutions from the community to address this problem.
