    Hello everyone,

I have lost my mind trying to make an scheduling from de webclient portal. I am in a on premise environment and my bot-script runs correctly in the debugging mode, the problem comes when I create the schedule, the bot never starts.
I have called the script-bot from Postman and it works fine, even in the logs it is registered like "finished" and the script which I have scheduled appears with a "pending" brand.
Someone know about why this happened and how can I solve it?

I attached an image, in the red square I marked the status of my schedule, above the last call from Postman

In my experience that "Pending" message is most often caused by a problem with the Computer certificate.

Try downloading the Certificate again for the computer definition in the web portal and re-install it on the client machine.

I have encountered many displaying issues in this new version (interface) of the WebClient, especially with the order of lists, dropdowns, and rows in the portal. So my advice is to order by the Start column (double click it to set descending order) and check if no schedules are displayed (other than Pending).

When a schedule starts, IBM automatically creates a new schedule for the next time slot (could be minutes or days, depending on the schedule settings), so this could be the 'Pending' status that is shown in your screenshot.

If confirmed that no schedules are being started, then I would suggest restarting the service IBM RPA Agent on the robot machine. If this doesn't work, then recheck all steps in the documentation on how to configure Runtime machines.

Recently, I also had this problem and reinstalling the certificate actually helped.
