 I need to create a BP to perform the below activity using both BP & SFG  . Please advise . 

Activity : Once the source .dat file is placed in destination SFTP server using SFTP protocol an trigger file needs to be created .

When I was part of the SFG team, I wrote a custom protocol with a trigger option to handle these cases. It was based on the original one from IBM but added a dummy file SFTP after a successful put.
