    I just received a message that my LinuxOne Community Cloud Virtual Server trial has expired.

    I was hoping to have my class of 15 in software engineering use LinuxOne Cloud starting this coming week and was almost complete with the setup up document for the class.

    What can I do to get my access reinstated?

    Hi Dr. Thomason, sorry to hear this happened! I don't think there's a mechanism to restore servers (they are automatically deleted upon expiration), but I've reached out to the team that runs the Community Cloud to see if there's anything else they can do to support you. You should hear from them directly soon, if you haven't already.

    Elizabeth,  Thank you very much for the quick response.  I did not loose any configuration/data information.  My question is what do I need to do to get my access reactivated as soon as possible so I can continue with class preparation.
