Did you managed to fix this problem? If so would love to know what you did as I got the same issue and as it's a trial version the support won't help.

So the message you get is correct. The trial was used already on this machine.

I am sorry but the trial can only be used for one user on one same computer and not for another user on the same machine within the last 365 days.

You need to use a computer where the trial was not activated before by another user, or purchase Subscription on a monthly basis.
