Transportation File Codes for FileNet

    Hello, I work for the Illinois Department of Transportation and we are going to begin (hopefully soon) with IBM's FileNet P8 electronic records management program. We have been developing file codes based off forms/records that will be submitted into FileNet. One area we are struggling with is file codes for our Aviation Division. The few States that I have spoken with, either do not have file codes for Aviation or they only have naming conventions for their files. Would any of you by chance work for a Transportation Agency that's Aviation Department utilizes FileNet? I'm looking for file codes that list document class/record type/document type. Thank you and appreciate your help!​
