Transport error encountered in completing User Task

  • 1.  Transport error encountered in completing User Task

    Hi All,
    While completing a user task from MWS I am getting the below error.Task is getting completed(means no longer in user or custom task inbox),but process is not getting completed.

    Overview:Task is getting assigned to a group of user at design time.Now when user from that group is trying to complete the task,getting this error.

    log4j:NDC</log4j:NDC>
    log4j:throwable<![CDATA[com.wm.app.b2b.client.ServiceException: [ISC.0036.9107] Transport error encountered

    Complete error message is there in the attachment.

    We are using webMethod version 8.2 with Oracle database in windows OS

    Hi Baharul,

    The target wM IS server had HTTP & HTTPS Proxy Server settings
    established which had to be updated to include Proxy Bypass Proxy entries
    for the wM Manager server host.

    Thanks Bhanu for your suggestion.
    May be this is due to IS connectivity error.Is was not responding and after server restart it is working correctly.
