Hi All,

I have the EVAL version (ACE 13.0.3.0) installed in  Windows 11. I wanted to play around with Transformation Advisor , using a backup that was taken on a Linux host, I provide the " --source-platform LinuxX64" parameter , but nothing happens. In fact, any command I run , nothing is produced.

Then i saw this in the manual "Transformation Advisor is fully supported for installation on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Limited Support is available for installation on Windows and is provided on a best-efforts basis". 

So, has anyone experienced is with transformation advisor on Windows?

To be clear, are you running ibmint extract, or are you getting that error from the TADataCollector?

Did you get your backup fixed?

If you have a support account, you can ask them to build an interim fix for IT48034 based on the v13 runtime  you currently have. You need to install that onto your current installation.

I get this error running TADataCollector.

To be clear, are you running ibmint extract, or are you getting that error from the TADataCollector?

Did you get your backup fixed?

I'm afraid there is not much I can do about that bit, other than suggesting you move your policies to the integration servers that use them (and not keep them at the node level).

The best course of action would be to open a support case. 13.0.4.0 just got released a little over a week ago, so it will be August or September for 13.0.5.0
