Transaction Processing status not changing from NOT ROUTED

    Hi Guys

    After successfully delivering a message using a web service connector Processing Status in the Transactions page is not changing from NOT ROUTED.

    Can anyone please advise what could be the problem. On my development machine status changes to DONE but on the production machine its not changing.
