Hi wmusers,

While login to TN console i am getting the below error.

<EXMLException>
0003.4114
Could not get profile summary (username=sakthi).

java.lang.IllegalStateException
The main connection to the datastore has not been initialized. Check the Trading Networks JDBC connection pool.
check that the server is running and accessible. Check that the current user has ACLs to access wm.tn:ping.

and i tested TN in jdbc pool functional alias it was successful,and also executed db scripts,it was fine…and wm.tn package already thre in IS also…

May i know the solution for that?

Please try to login with Administrator User. “sakthi” user might not have permissions.

Can you give more details/ background for this issue…

webMethods version ?
Is this issue started after migration of TN ?

This issue will come if user don’t have access to read the tables … tables might be not available or might be permission issue …

Instead of running ALL scripts, just select the component TN, and run the scripts again.

I am using webMethods 7.1 version and created table spaces WEBMDATA ,WBMINDEX…

I done the changes ,it was refecting before…
Solution:After Restarting IS the changes was updated…

Glad to hear it resolved…restart always required after installation…
