Check your map to see if it is really named exptli,mmci, and change it back to exptli.mmc and you should be fine.

Looks like that was a typo in the label element.  The actual runmap was correct, 'exptli.mmc'. Regardless I changed it.  Interesting thing is that I don't seem to have the issue with a missing TSV file anymore.

I think xtliedi.tsv will be created only when there is an inbound tradelink for Post Office "EDI"
