Total session are not ending up

    Hi,

    I am seeing an issue that our prod servers are sessions are being cleanedup regularly, but it not happening in QA

    All properties for services, triggers and fix’s are same on Prod & QA

    Sessions that were alive on QA are trigger session. any advice for resolution?
