The sample report I am using is in
Team content> Samples> Reports> Standard Reports> Sales summary
Data is from GO Sales (analysis) and the one I tried was a Combination Chart.

I had noticed that when viewing Reports through web browsers on mobile devices, the tooltip does not appear.
Is this the expected behavior?
Tooltips do work for Dashboards and Explorations though when viewing on mobile devices.
