    On two environments, Production and Development, we are running Version 2.1.6 of Planning Analytics Workspace.  All of a sudden, on Production we are getting the error message

    There has been an issue processing this request. Please try again later.

    every time we access the Planning Analytics Administration (PAA) landing page, when we open PAA or when we refresh PAA.  We do not get this error message when we access any page under the PAA landing page.  And PAA itself is working.  We did not find a corresponding message in the PAW log files.  We tried re-installing the PAA Agent, to no avail.  We tried re-installing PAW including re-building it's configuration file from scratch, to no avail.

    Has anyone an idea why that error message is popping at ?  What triggers this false (?) error message ?
