    How can I to show an image in a browser if this it stores in a Webdav?

    I put the image in a webdav :

    HttpURL hrl = new HttpURL(“http://”+ipbd+“:4000/taminowebdavserver/”+wdname);
    hrl.setUserInfo(“jbu”,“xxxxx”);
    WebdavResource wdr = new WebdavResource(hrl);
    File fn = new File(ruta);
    String path3 = wdr.getPath() +“/”+ mdl +“/” + renombre;
    boolean rslt = wdr.putMethod(path3,fn);
    wdr.close();
    System.out.println("JBU-> Insertando en WebDav la imagen "+path3);

    I need to get the image as a File?

    Hi,
    Assuming that your boolean result (in rslt) is true, so the image was really stored, you should be able to retrieve it using the url you stored it to. For example:

    <html>...<img src="http://<ipbd>:4000/taminowebdavserver/<wdname>/<mdl>/<renombre>"/></html>


    Is this what you meant?

    The problem is the following,
    I need to indicate the user and password to get the image, otherwise the emergent window is visualized requesting me the user and password for accesar the file.

    Which the best way of extracting a file stored in the webdav, and this file to be manipulated in an interface web?

    Hi,
    Yes, WebDAV security is based on authentication so you need to establish your userid and password credentials before you can be granted or denied access. One way around this is to disable WebDAV security for the http GET operation, by removing GET from the entry in your webdavserverhome/WEB-INF/web.xml file. This removes all security for http GET but leaves security in place for all other methods. I don’t know if there are any better ways to achieve this.
