TN Sender/Receiver display issue

    Hi All,

    When we see our TN console some times the sender & Receiver these won’t be correct for some Rules. Once we do the refresh we get the correct Sender/Receiver.

    Is it due to any thread refresh issue? Please advice.

    Hi Hari,

    Please double check the integrity of the back-end database. And i would advise that you check the JDBC Pools from the Administrator and ensure that the pool the Minimum Connections is set to “0”. A stale state thread might cause the pain that you are facing.
