TN cannot recognize the XML docs

  • 1.  TN cannot recognize the XML docs

    In one of our environements, TN is unable to process the xml docs it is receiving.

    Recognition was ambiguous. is the error message recd.

    The sender/receiver are all set correctly.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated!

    “Ambiguous” means the document matched more than one document type defintion. Review your doc types to confirm there are no conflicts between them.

    Thanks! I found the document Type which did not have an Identifying Query.
