    I  have a permission problem on a Windows 10 64 bit after installing Datacap 9.1.3 on a German machine.
     NETZWERKDIENST  is correctly updated instead of NETORKSERVICE  but
    the port is also given free (80) no https

    in tmweb.net Application pool at User the user remains on Local  .. if I want to change because I have this problem the current local administrator user of the windows who is currently logon cannot be found ...

    I can start the tmweb.net only from inside IIS Manager but

    if I try to change something in an Datacap application using tmweb.net in Administrator panel I receive an error that I do not have permissions
    any idea?

    Hi Dorothea,

    I hope all is well there.

    Here is something to try:

    Ensure that you are added as on of authenticated users and add your self or the IIS admin user or the application pool as the owner so that you can take over the control for that folder wherein the DLL will be managed via the IIS website.

    If this does not solve your issue, please open a case and we can help further.

    I tried but perhaps I was too fast last time... I will try this again when I will be at customer.

    I have no permission at the moment to open a case. I will talk with the IBM managers for this project to add me for the cases, once they return from vacation in September.
