    he server configuration.
    GLPSRV040E Server starting in configuration only mode due to errors.

    The DB2 database is starting with no problems that I can detect.

    The libback-rdbm.a library/plugin doesn't even exist on the server. Every other plugin that is being loaded resides in the /opt/IBM/ldap/V6.1/lib64 directory. I upgraded both my master and replica servers today and both can't load the plugin and both are missing the plugin.

    Could anyone that is running anything close to this setup let me know if that plugin actually exists on your server?

    Anyones else that might have an idea of what the problem is please jump in.

    After speaking with AIX support it appears that AIX doesn't play well with Tivoli Directory Server (LDAP) when it comes to migrating to 6.1 from 5.x. For some reason AIX is overwritting some files. On top of that I needed to be at a high FP level on LDAP 6.1 to be supported on AIX 6.1.
