    Try to search on the internet and this file is created once HAMCP was installed which is true that i have HACMP running.

    The server also do have nfs running but not on nfs v4.

    How do i disabled this file ? or there is no way to remove, just exclude this file during my backup ?

    Just add follow line in to /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/dsm.sys-file. Make sure that you add this in to the correct stanza.
    exclude /var/adm/nfsv4/sm4.grace
