    Hello everyone,
    Does anyone know how to help me how do I enable the caption of the dimensions and cubes according to the example of the link below? If this only works from a specific version

    Hi Felipy,

    I found it, although it is linked to using 'Performance Modeler', I haven't found it anywhere else yet. You can always build it manually on the control objects. but you can:
    You have to open up the DB via Performance Modeler and right click on the  DIM and select 'Create Localized Member Attributes'.
    This will create the 'Caption' Alias attribute.

    Hi Felipy,

    You can create captions for cubes and dimensions with a TurboIntegrator process, either in TM1 Architect, or in Planning Analytics Workspace.

    You create a caption in a cube by adding an attribute of type ALIAS with a name of CAPTION: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSD29G_2.0.0/com.ibm.swg.ba.cognos.tm1_ref.2.0.0.doc/r_ti_func_cubeattrinsert.html

    Thanks for reading my blog!

    A caption is set up as a standard alias. In reality, this is simply an alias that uses a specific name called "caption". You can create this in Planning Analytics using the same approach that you would for any other dimension (via the PA screen for "normal" dimensions or via a TI process for control dimensions).
