Hello Community,

i'm experiencing a weird error on a cluster configuration in which i'm trying to access to the EnterpriseConnector-->Manage-->Connectors-->Active Directory-->Driver Configuration and i receive a blank page:

And i checked the logs and i have the following error:
Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: SocketTimeoutException invoking http://localhost:9180/BrokerageService/identity/TargetProfiles/ADprofile: Read timed out

Now i checked on the VA and the port 9180 is listening on localhost.

Any suggestion about that? Any ideas?

Hello Mario,

I've checked in v5.2.5 the same page (EnterpriseConnector-->Manage-->Connectors-->Active Directory-->Driver Configuration) and looked at the port I've seen that its 9443. At the knoeledge senter when i searched for 9180 port there are no results. In the knowledge center ports are as here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSGHJR_5.2.6/com.ibm.igi.doc/installing/ref/r_config_sw_firewall_va.html
It says there you can set custom ports but you have to ceheck the availability and firewall.
