    Hello,

Q1. Can anyone tell me what is the difference between fixed effect and Random effect Model using it for Panel data? Which model to use and when to use?

Q2. Fixed effect is also called as LSDV model or within Group Estimators. Does Between estimators is also a part of Fixed effect model and It also uses Dummy variables for signifying different Groups?
The above are the questions for Time series forecasting of Panel data.

    Thanks in Advance.

Fixed and Random Effect Models for Panel Data
The above data can get you enough insight to check whether the model fits into your problem, these both can be equally efficient in panel data but as we talking about time constraints the FGLS and GLS estimations format would be better i.e Random constraints and simple because they are one way as the time constraints should be forward.
