  • 1.  Time out problem

    When providing any dataset name to the  I get the message 

    when browsing my datasets 


    I get the message

    everything I do
    I get the same message
    Any idea what could be happening?

    Hi Adolfo,

    I ran this by our development team to see if we could diagnose for you.  With it being a SSL timeout, it could be a number of things.  Our initial thought was that the network could be blocking I/O on specific IP addresses/ports.

    It could be that the handshake completed, but the client is somehow restricted from reading the data that is being returned.  So, this results in a timeout, even though the server did in fact send a response. 

    You could test this theory by performing a SSL trace or an IPVSRV trace to see what is being sent/received.
