Hi,
I have noticed that the TI sheets reloading so I lose new work as well. It happens most often when the new tab is opened for the first time, or if I add a new object to the new tab. Once they have both been opened and no changes done, I have been able to go back and forth without the TI reloading and losing work.
I have gotten into the habit of saving my work anytime I am going to make a change to a sheet or switch tabs.

While updating a TI in PAW, we add another tab(without saving the TI) and come back to original TI tab, it takes us back to the datasource tab and all the changes are lost.
