    [FONT=Helv][SIZE=2][FONT=Helv][SIZE=2]Does anyone have any information on the following:

    Are the services in WmTN package used in application code thread safe, since we are having issue while using the service wm.tn.profile:getExtendedFields when this is invoked in multiple threads at a time its not fetching the right results from the DB. The error is not consistent.

    It is supposed to be thread safe but I’ve encountered issues in the past. Touch base with SAG/wM support for possible fixes/patches.

    This issue happens when the number of HTTP requests per second for the service is large. If you are using wmTN v65 then you need to apply TN65 fix_44. Moreover you can get in touch with vendor.

    TNS_6-5_Fix58 supersedes TNS_6-5_Fix44 fixed this issue…
