We went down that path in April, @Sofia Angeles. I have to say that the Apptio software understands Azure pretty well, and it worked reasonably quickly. Also, setting up the access credentials-always a tricky proposition, IMHO-was relatively straightforward. We just needed a couple of calls with Microsoft and Apptio, but still...
Our issue is not with getting the data, but will allocating the costs properly. This is still ongoing.
