    Like we use Rational Rose as the design tool for development in Java/C++. It creates the skeleton code for us when we do the class design. Are there similar tools for webMethods.

    Gagandeep, have a look at webMethods Modeler (called Business Integrator in pre-version 6). This tool will allow you to draw your business process model graphically and it will also allow you to generate the skeleton components (services) needed to execute your business processes on the webMethods platform.
