  • 1.  Third party certificates are deleted from CAMKeystore with Cognos Config change

    Dear IBM community,

    I am facing an issue with CAMKeystore. In our environment we are using third party certificates. I have updated the CAMKeystore successfully. But once I change anything in Cognos configuration our third party certificates are automatically replaced by self-signed certificates from Cognos. 

    So then I have to stop the service, update CAMKeystore with our third party certificates and start the service again. This is really annoying. Do you know why this is happening? Is there any trick to avoid refreshing certificate requests once the configuration is changed? 

    As a workaround I rename our folder with certs and when the validation is finished I rename it back and starts the service. But still this is not an elegant solution.
