https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/fix-list-ibm-app-connect-enterprise-version-110#6) and IMS v15.1 system compatibility.
to understand your issue, you did not mention on what OS you running on IBM ACE and how Interconnected with IMS system and the connection time out issues. good to perform 1st level system connectivity check and troubleshooting and share the backround of problem scenario, so that others from community can help if any way they can.
