  • 1.  The session closes when trying to publish a script

    I am using an RPA trial license and when trying to publish a script, the user session closes and it happens every time I try to publish the script. Has anyone had the same problem?

    Hi, 

    Trials now have the user assigned as a Tenant Administrator. To publish scripts, you will need to also assign yourself the role of "Bot Developer." This can be done in the RPA control center. The instructions are here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/21.0?topic=access-managing-users

    We looked at your trial and "Bot Developer" has been added now.   Are you still having trouble publishing?   If so, please

    go to "Help" tab,  click on "Studio".  right after trying to publish a script, also verify the "Agent" logs as @Daniel de Oliveira Koda Fiorentini suggested.
