    Hello

    I have been using the 780 server (9179-MHD) with 4 Processor (96 Cores) for about 10 years.
    From a month ago until now, I have been seeing the event no:11002700 in HMC, irregularly and in different Locations.
    I have replaced two of the VRM's with new parts, but the event has recurred and moved to another location.

    Could the root of this event be somewhere else? For example, the power fluctuation or the firmware version, or...

    I will be grateful if you guide me in this regard.

    Hi,
    well, also this old POWER7+ Server is aging...also the components. From a Firmware point of view there is no direct issue for occuring 11002700, there are some fixes regarding wrong callouts (11002630) but usually, when a VRM is faulty, it is faulty. Latest System FW is AM780_100_100. I assume you have no Hardware Maintenance contract, otherwise I can only recommend to open a Hardware Ticket.
