    libcrypto.a(libcrypto.so.1.0.2) is needed by cyrus-sasl-2.1.26-5.ppc
    libcrypto.a(libcrypto.so.1.0.2) is needed by openldap-2.4.58-1.ppc
    libssl.a(libssl.so.1.0.2) is needed by openldap-2.4.58-1.ppc

    do not exist on AIX toolbox - download website. - where to find them.

    These are openssl libraries and delivered by AIX in AIX native installp format. 
    AIX has virtual RPM (AIX-rpm) package that satisfy these libraries requirements for RPM packages. 
    Please make sure you have latest openssl fileset installed and after that run "updtvpkg" command on AIX and see if that resolves the issue.
