  • 1.  Text Analytics Extension Not working

    Hello - Yesterday I was trying to use SPSS Text analytics extension from the hub. It needed an update os I updated it and all of a sudden it said I couldn't use it because I didn't have version 30. I then tried again today and its back to saying I need version 24 at a minimum (I have 29.0.2) and its still giving me the same attached error again. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @Kyle Shaw,

    Please make sure you are on the most recent version of the Extension (1.5.1).

    I am traveling and won't have access to my computer for a number of days, but I don't know anything about a v30 requirement.  I don't have that myself.

    That error message indicates that you don't have that latest version.  The update was to automatically install that library.
